I had tried selling it myself, but in this economy it was too tough. Todd went out of his way to have the house pre-inspected and did some of the jobs himself to get minor deficiencies fixed! I've not seen this before and was VERY impressed. Todd will explain everything about the process to you and check in frequently to let you know about interest and offers. He also set up several open houses that generated traffic and leads. Our house sold quickly without having to make any major concessions to the buyer.
